Yeah it felt like I was reading Perez Hilton bullshit when I read the initial reviews and saw so many men just moan and groan about Jennifer and Courtney’s faces. They all looked fire to be honest. God David has gotten hotter with age?! Also, those old school photos of Matt Le Blanc will be living rent free in my mind until further notice!
I watched this again the other day, but skipping through the international fans segment, Beckham, and the runway, and it made it far better. I only kept Reese, Mindy and Kit (swoon), and the Smelly Cat bit, because you don't skip legends. I feel like they had so many missed opportunities though; they could have had them watch the first episode together or at least the first scenes, bringing back other guest stars. Imagine having all three Green sisters together for the first time, or having Lisa and Paul Rudd together again would have been sweet. I don't know, I feel like it left me wanting more.
This is exactly what I did. I saw Ben Winston say that more people were invited but couldn't attend for different reasons. Kit was also irrelevant to a Friends reunion to be honest. This was (James Corden's) Friends Reunion.
Do you ever watch an episode that you haven’t seen in years and years and years? The One With The Ballroom is that one for me right now.
The Chandler and Monica secret was such an electrifying force through the first half of Season 5, wasn’t it? Everything feels so heightened and exciting because of it. The One Where Everybody Finds Out is a masterpiece.
Finally watched the reunion, and I loved it. There was a lot more that could have been done, but it was a really worthy celebration of the show.
The One with The Lottery is definitely the best episode of the last 4 seasons in my opinion. And Miss Kudrow of course steals the entire ep.
