Girl Bands in the 'pop' heyday

Solid HarmoniE should so reunite and comeback with all their amazing hits such as... well I'm sure I'll remember later. Also do you think if we got Jenny Frost involved we could get Precious to reunite... ooh! ooh! What about getting the Honeyz back together and Girl Thing as well!!! (I know someone with the Girl Thing album hehe) And they can all tour together in a big bus! Who'd go see them in some shambolic comeback gig! I would! Although I'm not sure what would happen between Solid HarmoniE and the Honeyz who'd get the band member that went between the two (what's her name again???) maybe she could sing twice? Would that be fair? I'm so excited, that I have to insist on Popjustice organising this, it's about time you started organising unneccesary things and sticking your oar in!

The Sold Harmonie Honey is Mariama. I don't know if Honeyz split. Last I heard they were doing crappy club PAs.

I will admit I did like the Honeyz, so to hear they are doing crappy gigs kind of pleases me... I may have to get myself visiting! Thanks for the name, I couldn't remember for the life of me!

I adored the Honeyz. I've never been to any of the gigs which sucks but I think it would sort of tarnish my memories of them.

I've decided Shola Ama may also appear in this reunion tour... she reminds me to this day that I might need somebody, I love you Shola.

Aren't the Honeyz back to their original line up tho? so the SHE member that replaced the one I can't remember the name of, isn't in it anymore?

Can we get Fem@il in on this too? and... Made in London, Madison (was is Madison?), Hepburn and 21st Century Girls (Guitars and allllll that makeup...so much makeup... it was needed)

Madasun. I remember their PR claimed that they came up with their name when they were sitting outside on a sunny day and realised they were Mad As The Sun, or something like that.

How could that ever happen? Listening back (via YouTube) I didn't realise how awful their voices were.

Christ, that's so unbelievable shit that it's probably true.

They can also finish the show by everyone appearing on stage doing a cover of 'Love Can Build a Bridge'! Because it can; it really, really can.

I used to love "I wanna love you," I think I still have the cassette somewhere.

Honeyz had some great songs if I remember correctly - 'Won't Take It Lying Down' and 'Finally Found (What I've been looking for)'?
I don't think End of the Line counts, as it was basically a carbon-copy of the Boyz II Men version.

Anyone remember Girls@Play?

...No, me neither...

I can proudly say I heard 'Airhead' two years before it was released and told the guy who played it to me it would be a massive hit. To be fair, they were a cool indie duo at the time rather than the cheesy mess that was Girls@Play

Does anyone remember SuperSister? They were a really cheesey trio girl group from Sheffield I think. They sang "I like my man, like I like my coffee. Hot, strong and sweet like toffee" haha

I bought the single when it came out years ago. Sold it recently on ebay for £15 was very bizarre! I didn't think anyone would buy it!

Brings back so may memories of first year at uni. I shouldn't have sold it! It was brilliant in its crapness! What was I thinking?!?! I want it back!

I like my men like I like my tea. Weak and milky.

I think I loved all of Supersister's singles. Weeee're going shopping!
