Girls Aloud - Future 2025 Plans

I fear it would have leaned very much into the Saturdays On Your Radar sound, which I love as an album but for me has not aged quite as well as pretty much all Girls Aloud's material (bar some album 1 tracks).
Both Metro and Every Now And Then already suffer slightly from being very 2012 to me.

Every Now And Then slander? Not on my watch. The opinions that it sounds edm-dated feels off, as for me both Something New and On The Metro sounds very precisely on-time they were released. Every Now And Then has a great unusual structure, and good vocal division and it absolutely doesn't stand out from the other two (I'm not counting Beautiful from obvious reasons). But naturally, On The Metro would be surefire and superior single because it's much more accessible and has more oomph.

The 4 new tracks on Ten lacked variety with exception to Beautiful in my opinion.
I would have liked a track along the lines of NGA, CSF, The Promise etc. something less electronic/generic and more real instruments.

Something New
On The Metro
Guitar-esque, camp mid tempo banger
Beautiful Because You Love Me

This would have been perfect.

Ten or the original The Sound Of Girls Aloud?

They had 6 for The Sound Of Girls Aloud.
Including Call The Shots and likely Blackjacks as it came just after but was recorded before. I think Dog Without A Bone was another.

Ten - I don’t think they’ve ever shared how many. Nadine mentioned they had enough material for another album but I think that would be based on the amount of ideas recorded. Not full songs.
There was another track with the On The Metro producers that Nicola worked on.

Don't forget What a Feeling.

Every Now And Then is a melodic stomper but the production is a bit muddy to my ears so it doesn’t quite reach its full potential.
