Separating the Christmas songs from Chemistry feels like a logical move to me, it is late to be announcing it but given 90% of the sales will probably be week one I don’t think think it’s a problem.

It would be a nice impulse buy a few weeks out from Christmas but would probably only make sense if it was released straight away when the link goes up, a preorder would make no sense at this late stage.

Any idea of how many copies of the Megamix Vinyl there were? I never got around to buy one.

I can imagine that a Chemistry re-release was originally planned for Q4 this year. However with the tour, the ITV show, the megamix vinyl and I'll Stand by You (Sarah's version) they decided to pull it over the new year to coincide with it's 20th anniversary but still wanted to go ahead with the Christmas vinyl.

I can imagine that's also why they pushed the What Will The Neighbours Say? re-release to beginning of this year instead of Q4 last year, to give more room for the tour announcement and tickets going on sale.
