Doesn't it feel like it lasts for 12 minutes though?
Looking at that tracklist it actually works? Obviously I can't vouch for how Bored Stupid fits in but everything else flows quite well. I can't imagine a world where What You Crying For or Damn (?!) was the lead single though ddd

That promo tracklist looks like a racket. I may be alone in this but I always felt Tangled Up had the best sequence of all of their albums. There’s not a thing I would change on the final except add in “On My Way To Satisfaction” (as a fan edition bonus track) and *maybe* add on the b-sides (again, as deliberately mentioned bonus tracks). 2027 can’t come quickly enough for that 20th anniversary reissue!

Every time I see a notification of a new Girls Aloud post I run to see if it's Chemistry announcement
'Dog Without A Bone' just needed a different vocal on the last chorus, as it does become repetitive.
A shorter intro and more layering on that final chorus, maybe even a key change (don’t shoot me). I think Kimberley sounds good in the verses actually. I always thought she deserved more lines on the 2nd verse, she could have taken at least one of Cheryl’s.
It’s a solid pop song and should have replaced I’m Falling on Tangled Up.
Not weirder than 25% of their catalogue, though.
It’s quite divisive and I wonder if it’s the weirdness that people don’t like.
What do we think is their weirdest song?
For me it's either Sexy! No No No... or Biology.

It’s an absolute racket is what it is. It’s the only Girls Aloud song I’ve ever really avoided. It’s a shame because I like the verses but they needed to scrap the music and start again. They sound out of breathe on the verse. The fact that verse 2 doesn’t start until 2:11 and all that comes before it is a verse bridge and chorus makes it feel like loads of filler music.
