Yeah she said that when she was in the height of her marriage to Ashley, so I imagine she thought she may have settled and become more of a WAG Mum lifestyle. Plus the Girls all, knew they had a shelf life and never imagined at that point they’d become bigger!

If we really want to be petty, she hasn’t actually sung it since she was 29 I don’t think. I’m sure the medley she did at pride was her just dancing to it (I could be wrong)

The best Girls Aloud songs have this sort of unbridled energy to them: surprising, exciting and catchy as hell. "Sexy! No No No" is assuredly one of those tracks.
Literally the trinity of this = Sexy!, Something Kinda Ooooh, Something New.

While I get the idea that Untouchable absolutely deserved to be a single and promoted to the masses, recutting it the way they did and making a space concept to go with it was truly puzzling.
That being said, I love it regardless. Nice of that channel to be upscaling some of these vids cause lord knows I haven't seen them in anything better than potato quality over the years.

It was one of the (many, if we're referring to GA) times where I felt "wow, this group and this producer understand how to elevate pop music to something really special." I can never skip over the album version. It is a journey.

I do wonder what will happen with Love Machine if they ever tour again though, because of the slur in it, which I guess really wasn't picked up on in 2004 the same way it would be today? I don't think it would work if they replaced it with a non-slur of similar meaning because I imagine the original word was chosen for it's rhyme/syllables and not for it's actual meaning - 'rodeo' 'cardio' 'casino' 'buffalo' could work in the same nonsensical way?
I know I’ve said this before, but I wish Girls Aloud as a brand, were still active in some small way, like the Spice Girls upgrading their videos, having social media accounts, posting regularly and having active stores with merchandise.
I know they closed it all when they split, but I wish something could be done to carry it on.
