I cannot effing STAND this group. Their music gives me a headache! And it all sounds the same. Lots of shouting over harsh guitar-esque sounds.

You get an A for effort.

I got it at about 1am this morning. I was surprised it hadn't already been posted.

HoochieKylie, you sound like my Dad, but fair enough. They are probably quite noisy for pop music.

The pre-sale is for members of the fan club or the forum or the officieal site? Or what?

I LOVE noisygirlsaloud. Sexy No No No is one of my all time Girls Aloud favourites because, like it or not, it sounds nothing like Westlife.

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

well said. noisy=not boring. and has anyone seen the picture of the girls talking to leon from x factor? it's amazing. cheryl is standing up, as usual takin charge, and leon is just standing their scared shitless of these five crazy bitches. i cannot WAIT til x factor tonight...or maybe until someone puts the performance on youtube. unless that's illegal.

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

Oh I got the email too... Nail biting, 3 trips to London in 5 months?
Hmmmm...

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

I haven't recieved my email yet! I hope I get it by Monday 9am

Where does the 'relevant link' take you, which ticket agency is selling the presales?

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

Livenation.

Do presales normally only give you specific seats i.e. not very good ones? Or are all available?

Sometimes you can get alright seats on pre-sales, i think it depends on the venue. Last year for Newcastle we got 3rd row on pre-sale.

I'm excited about the tour, though working out what i'm going to and what i need off work is stresssss. I wanted to go to the first date but i don't know if i can be bothered with Belfast again!

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

I haven't got an e-mail (but a text from Cleggar telling me instead!) but with Cardiff being on the Sunday is another reason why I can't do the London date. Cardiff here I come! And possibly Birmingham too. I know some people have already got their fan edition in the post, I hope mine turns up before I set off for London later this morning.

No problem!

There is too much Girls Aloud excitement/tension condensed in just a few days. If anyone else on here is going to G-A-Y tonight, have a brilliant time and I might see you there!

There totally is isn't there. I was just on the phone to my friend there and now we're proper stressing about tour dates and getting tickets. I think it'll be Glasgow, London, Newcastle and possible Birmingham and Belfast for me this year.

Enjoy G-A-Y, i really should go get ready and pack and stuff.

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

So I guess those are the real dates! I hope my e-mail comes through soon...I'm going to try and make the O2 date as it's a Saturday which is nice and convenient for me and the location is good too and hopefully it's before my GCSEs although as I said Saturday should be fine. In fact the only problem looks to be seeing if my mum and dad will let me go.

Re: General Girls Aloud discussion thread

Presales gives you a bit of everything, my experiencence tells me.
They give 7-8 good seats and the rest can be pretty hit and miss.
They gave nosebleed seats to Madonna's presale, which is an insult.

'here fan take those horrible seats, nice huh?'

Saturday 17th LONDON 02 ARENA - $1,945
Sunday 25th NEWCASTLE METRO RADIO ARENA - $2,073
Saturday 31st MANCHESTER EVENING NEWS ARENA - $2,172

The only dates I'm considering. God, I hate being cheap and broke. I'll probably go with London because I know a few other fans who are going to the London date.

Two thousand dollars?!

Edit: And all you Irish Tangled Up buyers in the album thread will be gutted - only one date in Belfast.

Yep. Those are the cheapest three. I may be forcing my friend to pay her airfare as well. She's not mooching over a thousand dollars off of me.

Well there's an idea, skip the spring semester and work full time to go see GA instead. And can someone explain why airfares have skyrocketed to the UK? I went May 2005 to see Kylie on the Showgirl tour - cost $580 round trip San Francisco to London on British Airways. That would be a steal now.
