Well, H.E.R would need to co-write a song for another act to win Songwriter of the Year. Also, she underperformed significantly this year, only winning for her feature on Heaux Tales so I don’t know if she’ll be sweeping R&B categories or even Song or Record of the Year in the next couple of years.

"Best Song for Social Change" is good because there are always a couple of SOTY nominees every year that feel like they would be more at home in a category like that, hopefully moving those songs to this new category it will make SOTY a bit more focused and less all over the place.

"Best Video Game Soundtrack" is a great addition, really curious to see what the first nominees/winner will be.

“30” is better than “25,” and “Renaissance” is not the kind of obvious Grammy bait that “Lemonade” seemed to be.

Mess. I’d be fairly surprised if Adele pulled off a third Album of the Year win.

Even Adele would be absolutely mortified if she won over Beyoncé again. Especially for that album.

Ehh, I'm not sure 30 is even that much of a shoo-in for an AOTY nomination, and if it does get nominated I doubt it has any real chance of winning. That said, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it just went to Harry Styles instead...

It's going to be fun reading the moving goalposts this time if Beyoncé is robbed again. Was it because it is absolutely compulsory to play each and every instrument on your album? Was she simply not the biggest seller of the year?

Please, Adele would probably pull a Katherine Heigl and remove herself from consideration if this was even a possibility. Imagine the embarrassment.

Adele will surely pick up some awards for “Easy On Me” but that album winning AOTY based on commercial success - when it’s already been outside of the top 100 for ages -would be a complete joke, and Adele herself knows that. So naturally, she’ll sweep.
