Happy 10th Anniversary Disco Week from The X Factor 2008!

Discussion in 'The X Factor' started by Leo1977, Nov 3, 2018.

  1. This weekend, it's the 10th anniversary of Disco Week from The X Factor 2008! One iconic performance after another:

Rachel Hylton - "Lost In Music" (and missing her cue)

Laura White - "Somebody Else's Guy"

JLS - "Working My Back To You / Forgive Me Girl"

Dame Ruth Lorenzo - "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)"

  2. Diana Vickers - "Call Me" (one week before the "Death Bed" VT)

Alexandra Burke - "On The Radio" (and on a chaise longue)

  3. The fact that this wasn’t even a particularly strong week for Alexandra or Dame Ruth and they still delivered those performances.

    Legends only.

no hyperbole but this is my favourite all time X Factor performance. Nothing else like it, ever.

  10. 100% agree. I watched this over and over and over and over and over again. It’s burned into my brain.
