Heartstopper

Nick visiting universities seems to be there, as well as them getting intimate which was the end of part 5 if I'm right?

I’m not sure I’m feeling the new season. For episode 1 the reshoots and ‘not actually in the water’ shots were quite distracting. Joe grinning like a goof at the pics on the wall was just.. an uncomfortable shot and even the shower talk felt badly edited.
Episode 2 had this real weird shot of Isaac looking at Charlie but in a way it felt he was looking at nothing.
The beach talk didn’t translate well and felt too much like she was just reading a brochure for ‘how to treat friends with mental problems’

Things definitely got better with episode 4, but the winter one felt like.. lacking plot?
At least it hasn’t upset me yet like previous seasons I guess

1st of all: that mustache ! Who got the idea ? Oh dear !
s3 finale is not as ... everything as s2. S2 hit me really hard. s3 is just fine.
Never been so many scenes at Nick's house, but her mom is nowhere to be seen. Mhm. Her aunt is nice, but she's not Sarah at all. Those doors keep opening and closing, but you can't hear her at all. Two lines recorded with her phones could have done the trick!
Soundtrack is not as good as s1 or s2, even if it's still good !
Too many subplots for 30 min episodes.Sometimes it's a bit heavy (the lightness of s1 is far gone!) ep 8 looks a bit rushed.
Tori is just great ! And she really needs more screentime.
How long do we have to wait for S4 ? 2026 ? 2027 ? Please, book Olivia Coleman !!!

I’ve only watched eps 1 and 2 but yeah I agree. The sea scenes were very distracting. But I think they filmed around this time last year so not exactly heatwave weather in the UK! It all looked a bit cheap though for a hugely popular show that must have a decent budget.
