Ended up at #149, if anyone cares.
You could argue that streaming has killed any chance of a decent chart position for something like this; then again, its sales-only position was 35, and an X Factor contestant whose first single peaks at 35 isn't getting a second. So it's probably a moot point.
Did the general public ever really support Robyn besides the fluke #1 she had a long time ago, though? The general public will support the murder of a Robyn song and will allow Honey G to flounder in the Top 150?
Don't forget, Jedward are cuties. She just hadn't got that likability/aww bless/pity appeal like Jedward, Chico etc managed to get people on board with plus the song was no It's Chico Time was it.
Christ no, I had to sit through a Jedward concert with my little sister and needed to lay in a dark room for about two weeks after.Don't forget, Jedward are cuties.
Lucky you, I had a big ol' crush on Edward, John not so much.Christ no, I had to sit through a Jedward concert with my little sister and needed to lay in a dark room for about two weeks after.
Well no but I wish they hadn't supported the de-bopification of Dancing On My Own.Did the general public ever really support Robyn besides the fluke #1 she had a long time ago, though?
One thing I will say and it's fact is that in her defence she hasn't had any radio air play at all yet so how do they expect it to become a possible hit anyway when the vast majority of public won't have heard it except for the hardcore fans of XF?
No, trash is the female rappers who strip off, rap about killing people and twerk their fake backsides like prostitutes. Honey G is fun and a positive role model unlike Nicki Minaj et al.
Yes she is. She shows you can be anything you like regardless of looks, skin colour, age or stereotypes. She also stands strongly against her haters.
She promoted it during the final, which was watched by millions of viewers. In comparison, Little Mix performed a song which went on to reach number 4 in the chart, even though it's parent album had already sold approx. 200,000 copies. One thing I will say and it's fact is that in her defence she hasn't had any radio air play at all yet so how do they expect it to become a possible hit anyway when the vast majority of public won't have heard it except for the hardcore fans of XF?
Yet? Which radio station is going to playlist it?

Probably none of them but that's why it hasn't done better because in order to have a hit you actually need to have your songs played on radio and as Simon had deals with radio they literally wouldn't have a choice but to play it realistically so I guess he changed his mind re signing honey g
