The Wailing is one of the best movies I have ever seen and even showed it to friends with a mild distaste to subtitles and they STANNED it.

This looks pretty fantastic
Ah yes, I started watching this the other night and was so turned off by the opening I switched it off nn. I guess I should try again?!The first 10mins of the flashback at the beginning really wasn't needed and had such bad hammy acting, which ruined the film a bit for me.

The last bit maybe as it goes into a complete headfuck but the first part there is story and characters (even if it's quite thin). I really enjoyed it but it's not for everyone, especially as the madness is almost half the film.Opinions on The Outwaters? The premise is intriguing but I am seeing it compared to Skinamarink which was a slog.
It's an unexpectedly terrific little flick, isn't it? I watched it after reading the gripping source novel by Michael McDowell, and it's an amazingly faithful adaptation, even down to the car models! They really brought it to life in the wildest, most sincere B-movie fashion.Tubi huns, watch Cold Moon. It's very Tubi but has an amazing, amazing kii halfway through that is honestly a new low for horror characters. I honestly need someone to talk about it with because I keep replaying it and it's masterful.
But it turns around and becomes actually pretty gripping viewing. Miss Pie is who we all wish we were.
Almost two years since I've watched Malignant for the first time and this scene still hasn't left my head
