Horror films

Why? Why can't those of us who don't want to watch horror in the cinema (cos Malaysians just talk and laugh their way through) get to see it?

Eh I’m obviously not saying people who don’t want to go to the cinema can’t get to see it. Why would that be up to me.

I just personally don’t think it needs to be on digital less than a month after release, box office wise.

The sequel to The Grim Reaper - Absurd/Anthropophagous II - is one of the grisliest things I've ever seen. Little bald guy slowly pushed into a butcher's buzz saw cranium first.

But also the most annoying child in the history of drama for entertainment.

They leak so quickly once they have left the cinema, its' better to get ahead of it and get those streaming revenues.

I didn’t even know there was a sequel. The uncut original is pretty gruesome with Klaus the cannibal killing a pregnant woman and eating her unborn baby.

I had one of those 10 movies on one DVD sets back in the day which had House on Sorority Row (classic) and a bunch of others. It definitely had Waxwork and maybe one of the Ghoulies? I don't think I watched even half of the movies before donating it dddd.

I watched:

M3gan
It finally ended up on streaming and got to check it out. It was a lot of fun, not scary but I enjoyed it. I felt this is what Abigail was trying to do but not as successful.

Don't Move
Enjoyable, even if Iris made terrible decisions for survival.
Richard did make her change her mind about living! I mean she had so many scenarios she could have died and decided she wanted to live

Elvis Nolasco knew the assignment and made a fabulous villain out of Mr Crocket. He also appeared in Carved, another fun Disney+/Hulu halloween output.

Smile 2 was really good. I am glad they did something a bit different this time. I am sure the 2nd half pissed a lot of people off but I appreciated it's commitment to go darker, which was not an audience pleaser. It kept a lot of the creepiness of the original. It felt like a film of 2 halves, Glossy to Gross.

It was definitely more body horror focus with psychological elements.

I liked it but didn't find it at all scary, I was laughing more than being scared.

I'm enjoying the hell out of my night. We just finished the 2011 Fright Night, loved every single thing about it, give me that sweet sweet Obama era nostalgia. Colin Farrell could absolutely. Anton was such a cutie pie too.

And now we're doing Candyman, which I have never seen. I only remember walking in on my mom watching it when I was however old I was and being scared and running away.

Not sure that was their intention though.
It was to show her in full possession, where she was doing the killing, the longer it went on, the worse it get's. She'd left it too late and the final saw her witnessed by the audience doing the killing, although she was unaware of doing it.

Oh I got that, pretty much from the apartment where she sees all those smile people, she was possessed and everything from that point on, until she was appearing on stage, was all in her mind by the entity.

I laughed at the transforming bit, was just more funny to me than anything.

It was a complete contrast from the Beginning, it was frustrating but that's the way they wanted it to go. it was bound to piss people off but it's their vision.
