I just typed in hurts exile.
Or use that link, haha.
The Road sounds like the soundtrack to the end of the world. Pretty good.
This album is going to be insane. They totally delivered with the promise of a different sound on the new album. I can't wait to hear how the rest of Exile shapes up :D
The Road sounds brilliant and Exile is a perfect title for them.
So they've gone for a "bigger" sound! I worry that this ends up a bit too Muse like, but since I love Muse too I don't mind too much.. very intreged now....
Ha! Exactly. It's no wonder they're massive in Germany.
Anyone know if the Road is the proper first single, or just a buzz track?
Even more industrial. Holy shit. This is even closer to Nine Inch Nails' Pretty Hate Machine. Absolutely love it. They can do no wrong. GODS, THEY ARE.
Tickets booked for Glasgow in April..Bring.It!
Their live shows have been incredible..and sweaty
What is this bullshit about their Amsterdam date already being sold out??!
Which can never be considered a bad thing.
I'm so mesmerized by "The Road".
It's a bit Muse-ish, isn't it? I like it.
It definitely sounds more industrial, as someone has already pointed out, and I love the pretentious videos!
Bring it on!
The first single is going to be called "Miracle".
Welcome back Hurts boys...
If "The Road" represents the sound of the entire album, they indeed went for a rougher sound. I already noticed some rougher influences during their summer tour this year, so it doesn't come as a surprise. I'm looking forward to their new album.
Will they make out at any point during the promotion for this album?
Only if the single's lagging.
I really love 'The Road', and I've been trying to pinpoint my finger on what it sounds like, and I've come to the conclusion that it's essentially a 30 Seconds to Mars song. Theo even sounds a lot like Jared Leto on it.
