iheartHazey's 90s EURODANCE PARTY: Wanna go for a rate? - THE END

Excellent. Just so everyone wonders where @iheartpoptarts is, she is on vacation to Hawaii for a week (which we knew ahead of time but knew it'd be fine because it'll just be during the first week of voting)

We wanted to get this thread up early (technically it supposed to be the 11th) -- but we wanted to make sure she was a part of opening post, that's why we posted it last night. We already had a list of potential voters and I see there some more people interested too which is awesome.

So, on Monday I will get a set of tags out there and ask those people to confirm their interest and we'll keep tagging those people throughout to remind them.

Hi @DJHazey and @iheartpoptarts - in one of the other rates @londonrain and @Mina discussed how much quicker it made things when scores were sent via Google Sheets (for a simple cut and paste instead of retyping) - are you compiling scores in any particular way that we might be able to make life easier for you? Thanks!

You can send them in any format you like of course, I've had multiple formats sent to me. I actually don't mind entering scores at all. Data entry is something I actually don't mind borderline enjoy about rates.

I don't think there's an easier way to compile commentary but I have a way to have it organized. It just takes me like maybe five-ten minutes per person to paste one voter's comments under each correct song.

I just use a Google Sheets document with all the formulas already preloaded as a template. I just have to re-format it with the song names and # of songs and 'album' breakdown for each rate. Then it's as simple as entering the scores and voter names.

Binary code it is then! Thanks and peace!!

I really dislike No Limit. 2 Unlimited were all about Twilight Zone and Tribal Dance for me and, after my Dad claimed it was an invitation for demonic possession, Let the Beat Control Your Body.

Cappella's Move It Up and Tell Me the Way were also epic, even though both pretty much flopped for them.

And where are Clock!!??

This rate literally could go on forever.

Haha, we tried to do our best making sure most of the big eurodance hits were in and then wanted to make sure some of the Scandinavian flavor was also involved since that was such a big part of 90s eurodance. Then added a few personal favorites that are overlooked in the landscape of the genre, so people could hear it and give it some spotlight. I think it's a well-balanced list of songs.
