No, but it’s not like the first or second songs she released after Angel were added to Hot Hits UK either, which is what was very confusing in the first place. Why wasn’t Fantasy ever added to Hot Hits UK seeing as it was the follow up single to a very successful debut? Both Perrie’s and Leigh’s sophomore singles managed to get an add despite their predecessors performing way worse.
It’s more of a questioning on whether Hot Hits UK should be supporting more songs from… the UK.

I know the principle of it is annoying, but there’s way too much being done about Hot Hits UK. Obviously it’s never going to be a bad thing to be on playlists, but I honestly don’t think it’d make any major difference.
As people have pointed out, My Love and Tears were both added and both bombed on there, not spending a single day in the top 200. Jade’s songs have had more support on Apple and while they’ve done better on there, none of the songs outside of Angel have performed amazingly either.
I’m a Little Mix stan, and I love all 3 girls, but realistically the audience interested in their solo projects is just small sadly and the chart performances will reflect that. Luckily for Jade, she’s getting some great bookings, and it does seem like an album will be coming eventually (about 6 months later than it should have but still.) At least she’s not stuck in that awful limbo like Leigh and Perrie of not knowing if she’ll ever even get an album out.

Yeah, that playlist isn’t as powerful as it once was. Being on there definitely doesn’t guarantee success, and never will. But at the same time, it’s very hard to achieve success without it (unless you go viral on Tik Tok) here. It’s like a very simple leg up from Spotify to put you on the same playing field.

As far as I know signed CD singles do not count towards the charts. Signed albums do though.

They should definitely reduce the prices though, otherwise they’re going to be gathering dust on her store.

Respectfully, there’s no incentive for Spotify to support this when it’s out the top 200 on day 2. Not every artist receives Hot Hits UK support from the jump. Like, realistically speaking, she should have enough of a fan base to sustain this for a good couple of weeks in the top 200. The fact that she doesn’t is just another reason for them not to offer support.

Video has gained nearly 200,000 views since the age restriction dropped, meaning a 100% increase on its total prior to that in just 14 hours. It took it 3 days to get to 200,000 before that.

Good but does show how much they dropped the ball by not having this handled immediately and not dropping the video at 8 AM on Friday. This might have had close to a million views otherwise and she needs every stream she can get.
