If it’s any consolation, they just chucked it out unceremoniously. I’m sure the deluxes for All For You and janet. will at least get an ad banner.

Also, “Let Me Know” is genuinely great? Regret not getting the UK edition when it was in print all these years.

It's weird that a few of the new deluxe tracks on the Discipline deluxe are credited to just "Janet" and not "Janet Jackson" like the rest of the album.

I think when Discipline used to be on Spotify last it was credited to Janet instead of Janet Jackson like the rest of her albums. A nightmare, literally a nightmare.

There’s probably not much else for it. She had next to nothing to do with it. It was recorded in a hurry for Island Def Jam.

There’s probably a ton of material left over from the Unbreakable era. She shelved a bunch of work twice before hooking up with Jimmy and Terry again. First it was Darkchild, then it was sessions with the likes of the Avila Brothers.

Janet’s albums have been pretty heavy in length and then there are the Japanese editions with extra tracks, that’s probably why there haven’t been too many leaks of unreleased material. She releases most of it officially on the albums.

We do know that there’s “Pillow Talk” from the Janet. sessions that hasn’t been released yet.

Fair enough. It just seems a little ridiculous to call it 'deluxe'! I get that the UK version had Let Me Know as a bonus track back on original release, so really it's 2 extra tracks for the rest of the world. But still, deluxe it ain't.

Well chuffed to happen upon the 2CD Ltd Edition of "janet." in a charity shop today...

Back when special editions and boxsets came in actual luxury style packaging with proper spines and thick booklets, with the discs in moulded inner trays.

Alright and All Nite are finally up on her YouTube! Somehow with 1.3 million and 2.5 million views already, I guess they were already there and just blocked this entire time. All Nite is only in 360p but we'll take what we can get.

If Runaway ever gets uploaded, then we'll finally, finally have her videography all in one place. Minus the alternate cuts like the All-Dance Edit of If, One-Take Edit of That's the Way Love Goes etc. but let me not get greedy ffff

If all dance was there before under completely the wrong name (Just a little while i think) but I can’t find it now.
