I’m bemused by this drama. i know they were much bigger in the US which is what the rankings are based on but I’ve just reminded myself of their UK discographies. C’mon, they really don’t compare to MJ, Janet, Madonna, Prince, George Michael, Whitney. This can’t just be my 80s bias surely?

This is genuinely insane. TLC have sold over 65 million albums, Alanis over 75 million.
