Let's be frank: unless someone dies an hour before their performance and gets wheeled around the stage Weekend At Bernie's-style, the Gimme More performance is never going to look great.

It would have made more sense to Lady Marmalade the fuck out of this and used all three women as a joint collaboration, rather than just make it a Jessie J track. It would attract all of their fanbases and possible send this straight up the charts.

Ariana is a perfectly capable vocalist from what I've heard, so why does she sound like she's straining so badly to be "soulful" on her verse?

Nicki's verse is great, though.

I actually like it a lot. Jessie sounds really screechy and ear-piercing though. No surprise there.

Surprisingly, I actually like Nicki's verse. I can see this being one of those annoying songs that does really well, but which everyone on PJ hates.

I think there should be more Ariana on the track, to be honest. If it wasn't all Jessie doing the ad-libs, it would be a lot more listenable. Give others a chance, jesus christ.

But then Ariana would have to be in the video more and...well, the label want the video to be exciting and interesting and not dead air.

I thought I heard Ariana doing adlibs in the background at some points, but that could've been Jessie doubling up on herself.

Ariana has some ad-libs on there, I expected her just to be there, but there's more Ariana than I expected. I really love the song, I don't understand how people are being negative already, but ok.
