Those song lyrics almost come across as a parody of a braindead pop song. It's really bad.

This song is gonna have to sound AMAZING to work on any level.

 

I still think it‘s coming on friday. Still haven‘t heard about postponing.

 

They just seem like fairly standard 'pop song for the club' lyrics to me.

Aren’t we all the same people that bopped to the the lyrics “you don’t gotta go to work work work work work work work”?

 

And plenty other songs that are absolutely brain dead when it comes to lyrical content over the years. And that's fine.

 

Jesy always brought good emotion to Little Mix ballads so I'm sure she will save her deep and meaningful lyrics for some of those. But most pop acts launch an album campaign with a bop and brain dead pairs well with that kind of sound. So it is what it is and I can't wait to hear it.

This made me chuckle far more than it should

And let's not forget parts of one of the best Little Mix songs ever.
