Oh this is super exciting. good to know soundtracked my spring and summer in 2020 during ~the troubles~ so I’m excited for another summer with bangers from JoJo!

Any word on if the sound will go back to what made her famous or is she sticking with her last album sound?

That's more than exciting! Didn't expect her new album before Q3/Q4, but I'm more than happy about a Spring release. We've heard next to nothing about this yet, she's been teasing a more pop sound in comments under her Tik Tok, but apart from that anything's possible with her.

I think she’s going for a more pop sound from comments she’s made in the last year.

She was also in the studio with MNEK last year.

Mad Love was incredible and instant, but Good To Know’s hooks have embedded themselves slowly over time into one of the best R&B projects of the last decade. Even the EP has some great songs on, Spiral Szn being a Joanna classic, so I can’t see how she can go wrong with another album where she’s fully in control, but back working with poppier producers!
