Little Things is MASSIVE. She deserves to smash with this, it's a 10/10.

Sorry for the double post, but I've been listening to Little Things on repeat today. What I love about Jorja's few but amazing foray's into dance/electronic music, is how routed the songs are in Black British culture. This could easily have been something produced by Roni Size or M-Beat.

It's also evident in her choice of collaborators, such as working with the likes of Shy FX, or new wave producers like Preditah, Cadenza & Conducta. It feels like an intentional celebration of Black British influence on dance/electronic music.

If she ever wanted to lean more into the garage, jungle and UK Funky sounds, I'd be here for it!

I really love her voice, she's amazing in a live setting and Lost & Found is one of my favourite albums from the last decade but nothing since then, except maybe Be Honest, has landed with me. I'm hoping everything will make sense in the context of the album and finally click.

Ugh is she serious about this? Like is it asked too much to just include the booklet in every Vinyl when you're going to make one anyway? Anyway, I like both singles she released so far. Intrigued to hear how the whole album turned out. I have to admit she disappeared a bit off my radar the past few years.
