This is Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun’s fault, I just know it.I did wonder why there was no Taylor. There must be a reason, she’s got some of his biggest hits.
It's great fun, and obviously the score is bop after bop delivered by a very talented cast. Would heartily recommend.
The Blow version is a mess. I want to watch it though it looks good.
To be fair, the puns and jokes are deliberate and often come with a wink to the audience too.It had a 4 week 'practice' run in Manchester prior to the move to London - It's a great musical because of the brilliance that is Max Martin and the cast are in the main really good too - What let it down just a little for me were the excruciating puns and jokes littered throughout - I still definitely recommend it though.
