I can confirm that the Girdle mini is pretty decent as far their own minis go.

The standouts are obviously the title track, but also "LOST" and "DAHLIA".

This G-idle single is what I needed to get back on board with them, it's reminiscent of Hann/Latata without feeling regressive. Just pissed Shuhua still gets only adlibs and onomatopeiae.

The G-idle track is a huge improvement, the production and music video are stunning. I still feel like it lacks a lot of weight (as do most of their title tracks in my opinion), but I'm hoping this will grow, at least on the basis of how gorgeous the instrumentation is.

I think I like the concept/vibe of (G)I-DLE's comeback more than the actual song itself. The video is a moody serve though. I'm going to give the mini album a listen now. I don't know them at all yet so this will be my first venture.
