Half way through my first listen; whew the way I’m gonna rinse this during my cleaning sessions. What a hydrating cleanse.

It’s a real great album that washes over you, the run from The Architect to Anime Eyes is perfection. My only note would be I wish some tracks were longer and Jade Green is the only one I find a bit repetitive.

Ok so first impressions: I've said it before but this whole project is very Vanessa Carlton to me, Rabbits on the Run/Liberman vibes, which is a huge compliment. Cardinal is the one, I'm obsessed with it. I also really love Jade Green, Sway, Lonely Millionaire & Heaven Is. They're my favourites on first listen.

My one and only gripe is that some of the songs are short and feel short. I've grown to accept under 3 minute songs if they still feel complete, but I noticed there are a couple on here that really would benefit from a more fleshed out bridge or even some sweeping instrumental moments. I feel like Heart of the Woods suffers from this the most, coming in at 2:16.
And this isn't a complaint, just a statement, but Anime Eyes felt possibly the most regressive. It was very Golden Hour but then that bridge hit and I was like ok now it's not Golden Hour enough. I might need a bit more time with that one.

Overall I'm very happy though, but I'm a star-crossed apologist so I fear she can do no wrong in my eyes.

You were spot on with the Rabbits On The Run reference. I think it was Heaven Is that really reminded me of that album.

Sway is the one for me. I wish it went on for another 3 minutes. Absolute perfection. Also, just echoing what others have said and I wish most of the songs were longer. It would've have been perfect for the soundscape she crafted. Give those songs room to breathe momma.
