I wonder if this is that long rumoured Atlantis underwater themed album, or maybe I completely made that up in my head.
Of course if there is a new album, it could well be in the queue at some vinyl pressing plant somewhere, and be months away - Fish People probably don't have major label clout even though it's Kate Bush. Hope it is another album, anyway!
My understanding is that she pays Parlophone/Warners for their services in terms of distribution and production of physical product. She left (what was then) EMI in 2011 - taking all of her albums from The Dreaming onwards with her - but maintained this relationship with them ever since.
