Which I'd imagine is an incredibly standard process for an artist of her level. They do all they can to make sure she gives off a specific kind of image. Which makes the decision to work with Luke all the more strange. They've put in all the effort everywhere besides the place that counts. This is like a case study on how not to run a campaign.
Yeah the photoshoots, doing promo spots, looking on point, filming all videos in advance, physicals ready would be all perfect for a big pop campaign if the main important thing, being the music, wasn't so subpar (not even talking about working with Dr. Luke).
Yep. I don't think a question like "What's it like to be closely involved with two rapists, one you were married to and the other one being your main producer?" is going to make it through.

Why would she need to be asked about Russell Brand in the first place? Has zero relevance, considering they divorced over a decade ago.

Justice for Act My Age, revamped with some fresh production (1 minute mark goes offfff on this version) by Max & Ilya should of been the blueprint for a summer single and throwback sound worked with some fresh production touches (Chained To The Rhythm from a production standpoint was a huge win and not too far away from smashes like Expresso and the like all over this summer), a hits tour in the Autumn/Winter, it was really that simple.
She said she wants to put most (if not all) of the singles out before the album, and then tour on the album. I'm sure that if one sticks, the plan could change.
Except that's not what I said or inferred.
I'm not necessarily saying you did. But it's a point that sticks out to me whenever people insist she has something to say about things that don't even involve her.
I'd have to go back and look, but someone posted in this thread earlier that it "looks bad" she never made a statement about Russell's actions. When, no. No it doesn't make her look bad at all.
So why did you bring it up?
