This entire #FreeKesha campaign is very clumsy and perhaps not very wise to carry out given her current circumstances. I kind of agree that at this point Ke$ha should be buying herself out, with her writting credits she shouldn't have a problem doing so. I think a fresh start on her own label would do her wonders.

People Magazine are reporting Pebe has checked herself into the same rehab as her daughter due to stress and PTSD, saying that the "Dr. Luke situation" has torn her family apart and her daughter wants them to heal together.

To be fair, the woman got a call right before Christmas from her daughter (after said daughter had a breakdown and threw up in a gas station to purge) confessing that she had an uncontrollable eating disorder and was fearful for her health and needed her family to get her help If her daughter is telling her that x, y, and z caused it and, as a mother, she's also heard other things proving such to be true, it makes sense she's angry. In the wild, mother animals rip out the throat of a potential danger to their children. Luke should be so lucky she's only dragging his name in the media.
And as a former addict herself with issues that may be buckling due to the stress of seeing her family fall to pieces and her daughter in a big mess of probable depression or other mental illness, she probably feels like a failure for not "protecting" her daughter or seeing the signs earlier.

I'm really struggling to feel any sympathy whatsoever for Pebe. The 'whole Dr. Luke thing' wouldn't even be a thing if she hadn't taken to Twitter and the media to tell anyone and everyone who would listen her thoughts on Dr. Luke and turned it into a very ugly, public feud.

I want Kesha to be Dr. Luke free and make the music she wants, but this situation could also lead her to be blacklisted or could end up in a 'Jojo-esque' situation. ME$$.
