Kesha - “Delusional” + 6th Album

Rainbow
Animal/Cannibal
Warrior
High Road
Gag Order

I think that Rainbow was a terrific reclamation of her voice/has an emotional depth that wasn't seen in her previous albums, I love how versatile the songs are; there's elements of fun yet also elements of vulnerability. It has grown to become my favourite album of hers. Animal and Cannibal both house some bops no doubt, and I'll always enjoy them because of the memories they bring back of my teenage years, such nostalgic joy.

Warrior has some fantastic tracks but it's never been a massive favourite of mine and I do think it houses some songs that are a blatant retread of Animal tracks albeit not being as good (I hate C'Mon ddd). Unpopular opinion but I actually... don't think High Road is as bad as everyone thinks it is. Sure it's far from her best and at times feels like it was produced in a kitchen, but I do still enjoy quite a few tracks from it. As for Gag Order, it's the album she had to make and I can appreciate how cathartic it must have been to work on and release, but I just knew it wouldn't be for me as soon as I heard Fine Line/Eat the Acid nn
