Kim Petras - "brrr" + General Discussion

Fans said "We want less Dr Luke",
Kim said "How about more interludes of just his work?"
As if Dr. Luke did any of this. It's just vanity credits due to whatever deal he has. Didn't she work on it locked away with Aaron Joseph in like Hawaii or somewhere? None of it even has any of the hallmarks of his sound.

Clearly never watched a Tim Tale.
It's a joke about being fucked too roughly (which is true)... I doubt they think there's literal blood on the scenes.

Yeah, even on Vol. 1 I never felt like it sounded that much like his work, but then again I haven't kept up with his other productions since he fell from the mainstream.

Those are trademark Dr. Luke produced vocals. There’s a reason she sounds like Kesha half the time.

Luke & Vaughn Oliver have production credits on all the instrumental-only songs.
Aaron Joseph has production credits on the songs with vocals but he's credited third so that's debatable but. Luke definitely has a heavy part in the production, especially the songs without vocals.

Luke’s credits within Kim’s discography is largely in name only, which Kim herself implied when she said he usually comes in at the end of recording and adds “polish” to the songs. But I do believe he’s more involved in both Turn Off the Light releases, just based on the vocal production alone. It’s probably not a coincidence that these tracks were recorded in Hawaii where he happens to live.
