Though MOAs and Engenes are also at each others' throats every other day so this is probably an universal experience fff

I feel like that's gotta be the ugliest fandom beef of the 4th gen, hands down. But the two groups really couldn't be more different in all aspects, sound, looks, artistry, etc, while also both being easily the two most successful of the crop, so it was bound to happen.

Would anyone care for a little more leaderboard tea?
- At 15 voters, we finally have 2 songs with multiple 11s. Neither of those songs are in the top 10.
- The tie at #1 has been broken.
- We have 4 songs with a 9+ average! They are all from different groups/artists.
- There is nearly a full point difference between 50 and 49.
- 1st and 2nd place have nine 10s out of 15 voters. 3rd place only has 2!
- 50 and 49 cover the entire number line.

2019 Edition
Pretty music video! Love the traditional instrumentation (something they perfected much better in later releases.) I think I may like this a little more than Valkyrie, though I understand why Valkyrie was the one that made the cut. Glad there was still some ONEUS inclusion here!
Like with ONEUS, I think we made the right decision if there was only to be one ONF inclusion in the rate. However, this is very pretty and I love this type of emotional uptempo type song. Vocal production in the chorus gives me "Bad Friend" by Rina.
I actually shortlisted this as an option for my own ballot, but when it was all said and done, I didn't have room for it. Sorry to her! I actually think this would have done quite well in the rate. That throbbing production is so addictive.
Until they released Crazy Like That, I had pretty much given up on VERIVERY. Every comeback just didn't match the iconic cuntress that was Lay Back. This? She's cute! Not really essential, IMO.
I obviously love this, but strictly coming from a "wanting variety" standpoint, I'm happy another Taemin song didn't make the list, especially when it's not a stone cold bop, otherwise I think it would have been unharshly judged from Taemin fatigue.

I think it was @ohnostalgia who said "I'm actually glad Our Page didn't make the list, because I didn't want to see a bunch of commentary calling this loving tribute to Jonghyun "boring" because it's a ballad - and I tend to agree! It's a gorgeous song that would have likely done pretty middling in this rate.
Another SHINee inclusion. Again, for reasons of variety, I'm not mad this didn't make the list, especially as there was no shortage of SHINee and SHINee adjacent inclusions here. That being said, this SLAPS and is one of my favorite songs on this 3 album project.
I'm a new The Boyz fan (like, as of 2023), so I have not spent much time diving into their back catalogue. This is cute, if a bit faceless. Red haired Kevin could get it though! (Any hair colored Kevin could get it, though, let's be real.)
I think this is the first Monsta X song/video I have ever watched from the Wonho-era. It's fine. I can't get into this group, I have to be honest. Middle Of The Night is that girl, but otherwise? (I blame that one rapper.)
