Waiting For The Sun, for me at least. What's an example of an unreleased Kylie 11? Because I don't think I've heard an 11/10 unreleased song from anyone, Kylie included.

That just sounds like a looped version of Kylie’s solo verse. Plus you can clearly hear Gloria towards the end.The solo version of Can't Stop Writing Songs About You also leaked.
Groan. Excuse My French is not a Kylie song, it may have been offered to her, but she likely never recorded it and it's certainly not her vocal on the demo.
Waiting For The Sun, You're The One, I Know, Lose Control, Spell of Desire and Love Is On the Line are all easy 11's.
That's not Kylie? It sound awfully like her vocals to me.

It would bring us off topic but I'm interested in what Future Nostalgia session songs would qualify as 11s. Although I'm always skeptical about the idea that there's 11s out there that artist is simply sitting on, Future Nostalgia with the last two tracks chopped off is pretty damn near perfect pop album.Loving You alone hits the spot. Hyperbole aside, she has some amazing songs tucked away, and they’re just the ones we’ve heard.
(Also if you’re looking for unreleased 11s, the Future Nostalgia sessions are calling).
Well, the alterations are pretty damn good because the vocals on Excuse My French sound remarkably like Kylie. It's part of some pitched demos sung by Mia J. Both "Excuse my French" and "When The Cat's Away" were altered to sound like Kylie for demo purposes. There's also more demos from those sessions that leaked after Mia J admitted that they were hers: "Stars & Pearls" and "All That Glitters"
I guess we must all have wildly different definitions of what an 11 is because I've been listening (and in some cases, relistening) to these songs and I don't think any of them break past a 7 score TBH. There's certainly value in some of them but they're pretty faceless and I can see why they were not used. There are a few that would probably be above a 7 if properly finished though. Spell of Desire and Love On The Line strike me as being cut from that cloth (the former is a bit bonkers in a way that saves it from sounding faceless as many of the others). Excuse My French could be a proper banger if finished as well.
To me, an 11 is a song that is better than the vast majority of recorded pop music: Like A Prayer, Confide In Me, Bad Romance, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Against All Odds, etc.
