Oh, interesting. I just assumed that it was to make the MV universal—I'm currently operating under the assumption that Impulse Deodorant is an Australian-specific product. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I had no idea about the politics surrounding getting your MVs played on MTV and the like.In the 80s / 90s before Youtube videos and artists were at the mercy of MTV / other TV stations who would drop entire videos and never play them if there was even a tiny logo in them - in the era of Youtube that stopped being a thing - it even was encouraged.
NOT an essay for 'Kylie is nice'.
No worries I didn’t take it as a jab. I’m sure if Impulse Global paid her again / more she’d have the spray cans everywhere. It was probably an Impulse Australia promotion so it stayed there.Oh, interesting. Also, I didn't mean the initial comment as a jab. It's just amusing recalling the other time that Kylie featured product placement in an MV, it was edited out.
Me after Christmas.Chubby backed??
Obviously a rarity in the industryNOT an essay for 'Kylie is nice'.
The "In My Arms" MV is so good, tbh. It's wild that that and "Wow" were basically shot at the same time with the same director. The absolute gulf in quality between the two.I was watching In my Arms yesterday and what a BELTER of a video, the colour, the outfits, the hairdo's, the energy that she brought.
"2 Hearts" was the lead single from the album that "In My Arms" was featured on, not "All The Lovers."Everything was just so spot on and of course the track, what ashame this wasnt the lead, not that there was anything wrong with ATL.

Ok then see my first post - :)The video would never be able to be broadcast on any of the BBC TV shows if any of the Impulse logos were visible.
I am so happy for you that you met her at the wine fair!! Did she love the t-shirt?When Kylie fans start dissing the All the lovers video it really is time for her to release new music!
thank you :) she was the nicest person on earth, signed my IP vinyl and even invited me and my friend to take photos with her.I am so happy for you that you met her at the wine fair!! Did she love the t-shirt?

Or the random Mercedes releasing balloons into the air, which I can only imagine was product placement, right?
Considering my lack of car knowledge, maybe the car in the video is a Lexus and I just misidentified it. Rewatching the MV, I realized that the car featured zero branding. This was such a scream at the time considering she had a brand sponsorship deal with Lexus!
