Kylie Minogue - Tension Tour 2025

For context, Siam Paragon is the biggest mall in Bangkok though, and one of the biggest in Asia.

As Southeast Asians, we don't have many options for recreational activities during the weekend. Families and couples often choose to spend time in malls (for dining, movies, and the air conditioning) rather than going to parks, for example. It is hot and humid here most of the time by the way.

When you look at the number of posh brands in a gigantic mall like Siam Paragon, it's quite abundant and staggering, from retail shopping to casual dining. There's one for everybody.

'Story' should be the closing song. A post-encore lowkey performance aimed at the audience. If the anniversary tour happens in a couple of years I hope it's included.
Story would be amazing in the show! Such a good song!

Hold on to Now & Say Something are better in the show then I expected.

I was at the Bangkok show too. Let's just say I'm glad I read some of your reviews so I lowered my expectation for the stage production because it was very minimal. She didn't event appear inside the diamond at the start. She just stood in front of the diamond visual on the screen! The show was amazing overall and Kylie was great. Her back catalogue is bulletproof and the songs alone could turn any audience into a crazy crowd. She was totally in control of the audience. Confide In Me was the highlight for me. The orchestra bit went off and oh boy it would have been a great BOND theme.
The venue is small but it made the atmosphere very intimate so it's not a con. My main complain is the stage screen visuals and dancers. Aside from some gorgeous bits (Tension, Confide In Me) the rest of the visuals were very...meh. They completely lacked art direction and some look like they were bought straight from stock sites. The dancers didn't add much to the performances, they just wandering around.. and the clothes they wore? atrocious! A fully cover up tracksuit for Slow? Electric chair for whoever made the decision please.
I left the show feeling very happy but also missing the big production shows she used to do.
