Kylie Minogue

It’s so rancid, it’s up there with Sweet Caroline and Mr Brightside as godawful songs that are way too popular in the UK.

Probably because a generation grew up watching Scott and Charlene in Neighbours after school so it has a strong nostalgic quality.

And I wouldn't at all say it's objectively bad. It's very emotive and well written musically. Nothing wrong with a little cheese.

So true. It kills me that White December and Christmas Isn't Christmas Til You Get Here sit on the album unnoticed while Santa Baby gets all the attention. Those two feel like Xmas classics to these ears...
What bugged me about the whole campaign (and still does), is that she promoted it solely on the covers. She had decent TV exposure in the UK with the likes of Royal Variety and Strictly Come Dancing, and yet it was a cover song performed on each. The original material should have been the focus here rather being left to rot.

I would love another Kylie Christmas show. I saw Year 2 and it was amazing, one of the best shows I've ever seen. One of the best crowds.

But I think, for now, surprisingly, I would prefer the new tour as it's been quite some time and we have a few albums to catch up on. I'm thrilled she is touring North America again.

I love the SAW remix so much I always find it a little jarring when the original plays, it’s not bad it just doesn’t have the same punch for me!

Every Day's Like Christmas is still one of the best things she has done.
It's my favourite song on Kylie Christmas and probably one of my favourite christmas songs ever. Wish they would've pushed that as a proper lead single, it could've been a modern classic.

The SAW remix is cute as well but unfortunately loses some of the magic the original has.
