Not "Kylie Mingoue" dd! One of my favourites from Body Language; the bass is sublime and the little "boys and girls, it's a different kind of sound" excerpt is genius.
It's on the standard album too.'Sweet music' is one of the ones on 'Body language' that lives up to it's promise of sounding like '80s electro but with a modern twist' and of course IT ENDED UP BEING A B-SIDE. It's far better than most of the non singles from it, and arguably better than 'Red blooded woman'.
Loving Days, is STUNNING.Based on the previous rate, "Sweet Music" was also the fourth song from it to get eliminated (not counting bonus tracks and B-sides), so it looks like it isn't that popular.
The most popular album track from "Body Language" seems to be "Secret (Take You Home)", but I would totally be here for "Loving Days" to end up as the crowning non-single from that album.
It's on the standard album too.
Ah yeah that's true. It happened a couple of times though during that decade, a b-side becoming a single. I'm thinking of Rihanna's Break It Off and Florence's You've Got The Love.I know, but as it was on the b-side of 'slow' it killed any chance of anything more happening to it.
I'm with you. "Loving Days" and "Slo Motion" are the best non-singles on Body Language, in my opinion, although I guess that the latter is a bonus track.I would totally be here for "Loving Days" to end up as the crowning non-single from that album.
You've never read Kerrang, have you?Kids - 4 Well, this sounds so out of place it’s such a mood killer. It’s like a typically anthemic one hit wonder a generic UK rock band could’ve put out to the praises of NME and Kerrang (“they’re the next best thing! rock isn’t dead!”), .
Damn, I always assumed that this was a fan favorite from Body Language. It's a bop. I definitely expected it to outlast "Obsession" and "Promises."
Yeah Sweet Music going before Obsession and Promises is not the tea.
The three singles, Still Standing, Secret and Sweet Music.Body Language’s top half
