I've never really clicked with Flower ... surprised it did so well! The album version of Your Disco Needs You really grates on me so I want that to leave immediately

@Ugly Beauty - 10 Funny thing is I knew this song from way back when J-pop group mihimaru GT covered it and it took me years to figure it's a cover.
@Andsov - 10 Iconic.
@CasperFan - 10 This could almost have been my 11, a deceptively simple pop song with an irresistible hook. Still pop perfection 30+ years later.

@M24 - 9 Great opener! It's catchy, relatable… the only drawback is that it gets a bit too repetitive by the end. Though when I first heard it I thought it was the bop to end all bops. I think a 9 is a good score.
@Maki - 9 Very catchy and memorable introduction to PWL Kylie. Surely a lead single material. I really enjoy the verses here, but the chorus is excellent, too. Yeah, it's definitely too saccharine for me, but it's so addictive I can't help but be completely charmed by it.
@Hudweiser - 8 Weirdly, despite being the right age when this came along (9) and a fan of Neighbours, I never loved her first few singles that much.

@mrdonut - 8 Brilliantly naff and naffly brilliant, I still believe the verses are a superb pop construction and the middle “I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I” effect is a kitsch delight. I ran far too many bubble baths as a child because of this song’s video.
@nanafan - 7 Overplayed and I’m a bit bored of it but it’s a great record, look at the career it started.
@hawkings24 - 6 It's cute but dated.

@Verandi - 3 I'm sorry, I've always hated this one. Yeah it's iconic etc etc but I'm glad this sound didn't survive after the 80s.

I know we're in the middle of a Kylie rate right now but I'm doing an album by album ranking rate on YouTube if anyone is interested? Rank the 13 songs on this form from 1 to 10 (no zeroes allowed!!) and award your favourite song an 11, I'm hoping to do an album a week, with the video going up every Sunday, so we're obviously starting with Kylie. Voting will close on Saturday. Takes all of probably 2 minutes, if that!

Didn't expect "I Should Be So Lucky" to leave so early, but it's not too surprising, either (the PWL detractors always do their job).
However, it should've been at least top 50, especially given the remaining songs.

I'm extremely pleased with "Turn It into Love" being the longest lasting song from her debut.

Do we think any album will have a non-single as its most popular track? I think there's a strong chance Kiss Me Once and maybe Lost Without You will come out on top, but that's probably it.

I think it might be a close race between Breathe and another album track (maybe Too Far or Limbo).
I'm not sure what the consensus is on Raining Glitter but I can see it a winning track from Golden (or a close second).

Out of more realistic scenarios, I'm desperately hoping for "Dreams" (or even "Limbo") to take the top spot of "Impossible Princess".

Speaking of album tracks, "Things Can Only Get Better" still hanging on is impressive, and I didn't expect "Secret (Take You Home)" to be so ahead of the other "Body Language" non-singles.
Both are very likely going to vacate soon, I think.

This is a disaster. Poor Lucky. Without it the rest would be dust. I still remember saving my pocket money for 8 weeks to buy Now 11 for that song alone. Being 8 years old I didn’t realise you could buy singles. I still can’t quite explain how that one song made me fall in love with music and with Kylie. What a ride it’s been since then.
