Unpopular opinion (I guess), but just like The One, I Believe In You never clicked with me the way it seems to have with most fans. Like, they're good songs, but not exactly Kylie's very best. I Believe In You outlasting Red Blooded Woman and Chocolate just feels wrong.

she/her
Shocked - 6.5 I completely forgot this will still in. It's the lowest rated song from that album by far. Don't throw rocks at me.

Lost Without You - 10 Kylie’s curse of relegating her best songs to bsides strikes again! If the sonically similar Sincerely Yours made it, I don’t understand why she had to leave out this one. I'm a sucker for ethereal Kylie so this remains a standout, and one of the only Golden songs I revisit on its own.

Breathe - 9 Atmospheric Kylie at some of her best. Has she ever worked with William Orbit? Because if they haven’t, what a missed opportunity.

I think the top 5 will be:

Can’t Get You Outta My Head
Confide in Me
Better the Devil You Know
All the Lovers
Slow

in some order. Maybe substitute Live at First Sight for one of those.

@CasperFan - 11 My 11. Difficult to choose really as she has so many killer songs but this is my absolute favourite from the PWL years. The vocals are so sultry and sexy, the pounding bass and thumping synths-seriously one of the greatest songs ever.
@MrJames - 11 It just had to be my 11. Everything about it from the iconic “Love you! Love you!” chanting to the immaculate production to the fact that it never relents. A perfect pop song.

@nanafan - 10 Amazing record. Kylie singing about sex, hasn’t she grown up in 12 months since Tears On My Pillow. This is an anthem. Recorded in the same sessions as Better The Devil and Things Can Only Get Better, what an unbelievably strong day in the office that was for Mike Stock.
@mrdonut - 10 Hi-NRG gold.
@Andsov - 10 If it hadn't been for Devil it would've been you.

@M24 - 9.5 The instrumental is so cool, and the verses give me so much life. Initially I wasn't feeling it much, and by the last discography listen it was an 11 candidate. Can we talk about the MV though? Woof, Kylie is looking SO sexy and damn she was after a hottie (if I could have his name for research purposes, that'd be awesome). [It's Zane O'Donnell, Kylie dated him for a bit.]
@Maki - 7 I was shocked to see this ending up at #2 in the first part of the previous Kylie rate. What the heck am I missing? While it certainly is good, there's literally nothing notable about this song. Honestly, I think it's a filler track on this album. What do I have to do, to get into this song?
