"I Feel For You" is definitely a weird one, but I don't hate it. It's not even my least favourite song from "Body Language", but it definitely is among the weakest and one of the clunkers, so it's all good.
I gave it a 6.
It's a 'WTF' moment in Kylie's discography for sure. Like, what the heck are those random thunder and rain sounds? That questionably interesting use of the sample? That intentionally clumsy chorus? At least it stands out, and is unique, so I bumped its score by half a point. And the verses are quite nice, to be honest. It's just a bit too... odd.
And I haven't heard any other songs from the "Body Language" sessions, but I'm already sure there are several bonus tracks/B-sides which could've replaced it.
But it's completely understandable why "I Feel For You" is so hated/disliked and it's apparent that it was going to be one of the first cuts from the Parlophone+ era.
