Do It Again - 10. Love the medieval pageant opening and ending, there's a great chunky synth in the verse, and the chorus is fabulously kitsch. Pure Bliss.

I gave "Tears" a ten, but I am genuinely surprised to see it place so much higher than "Take Me With You." I gave all of Impossible Princess' b-sides tens and an eleven, but if I were to rank them, it'd look something like this:

My thoughts exactly! Although I think I gave them all straight 10s too because #justiceforImpossiblePrincess etc.
And, just like that, all of my remaining sub-7 scores went before the top 5 in succession. No complaints about that.
Despite being a rather good song, "Sparks" getting this far is very random, so it can leave next.
I'm still baffled by the distance between "Take Me With You" and "Tears".
"Tears" has always been my least favourite out of the "Impossible Princess" tracks and I have no idea what could've made it jump so much compared to the Deconstruction rate.
But I'm glad that "Love Takes Over Me" made it to the top 5.
Tears is just such a rush of electronic euphoria. That 2:12 breakdown! I can’t be too mad at a #6 placement either.
Two great gems there booted out back to back, and well worthy of top 10 placements if not higher.
I scored it that because I love Kylie and Xenomania and such a collab should have been perfect. But it's just a joyless whispered load of old nonsense that I'll never play. For whatever reason XenoKylie just didn't really work except for Mighty rivers. Not sure quite why. Maybe they just didn't get one another.

Giving you up is a bit 'This will do', not gonna lie. She'll never perform it again. It'd be a 'Pointless' 'top 10 Kylie single'. But it's leagues above 'Made of glass'.

Tears - 7.5. Actually one of my favourites of the 'Impossible Princess' era (as you can tell from the score I'm not a huge fan of the era). I could have stretched to an 8. Love all the synths in this.
