Streamed? Definitely not. But I definitely have an illegal download of it somewhere that I could never fully enjoy because of R. Kelly's presence.

Did he actually have a hand in writing the solo/Xtina versions, or is that just a vanity credit that Gaga was a little too kind in allowing him to take?

With everything we know now, “Do What U Want” makes for a rough listen even without R Kelly. The chorus is literally just “I telling you about how I disassociate to deal with trauma and abuse and I’m making it catchy while doing it.” The entire package is a cry for help.

I still think Do What U Want is one of her best singles but more so because of the production and her vocal on it. I never liked the lyrics much and R Kelly's verse felt like it belonged in a different song.

For the most part I only use G.U.Y., Venus, Sexxx Dreams, and Fashion at a push. I've had the R. Kelly version of Do What U Want scrubbed from iTunes since the Xtina version came out, not that it matters since he still got coin.

I'm positive Gaga included him on the solo as a courtesy. Pay him a lump sum, remove him from the credits and save DWUW from oblivion. It's too good a song.

R. Kelly getting an actual boost from the documentary detailing his monstrous behavior is truly proof that unfortunately evil never dies.

For what it’s worth, I’ve thought he was corny since Trapped in the Closet, and when you factor in everything else...I’m genuinely shocked he still has fans. But then, so does Chris Brown...
