  1. The transition into 911 then that robotic vocal... I audibly gasped.

  2. Surprised after all the rave reviews of 911 that it was... that, but I hope it will grow on me, it's quite odd so it could be a grower not a shower.

Plastic Doll deserved your lashings! The vocal is pure Katy Perry. It's weird to hear her on a song like that. Doesn't fit her. Mom???

  3. People trying to liken this to Confessions and Blackout...

  4. It's not a bad album. My only gripe is that the overall sound is quite generic. I am living for Enigma, 911 and Alice.

  6. I'm very interested in the reviews for this. Wonder why they chose to put an embargo on them. Ddd.

  7. The only song I can’t seem to find a groove with so far is Enigma. I don’t know what it is.

Oh my good lord I just heard the “chorus” to Enigma it’s *literally* a not as good version of the Pah-Pah-Pah-Perfect Illusion twink version hook.

    This is hysterically bad.

  14. I will be very surprised.

  15. Plastic Doll is so pop. The production so far has been so... present.

The Sour Candy chorus is it. Her vocal delivery switching between the pre chorus and that is such a nice contrast.

(Her vocals have been produced beautifully so far. It’s like she’s right next to me slamming my head into her elbow).

  16. Alice into Stupid Love is genuinely the most demonic thing about this album. It makes me feel like throwing hands at whoever decided that.

And then in the very next track, the main hook of the chorus is “r-replay-r-replay”

Has she had a head injury?

  18. it's just craving a bit of... respite. It's all so thumping and relentless and it really lacks dimension.

Sine From Above is nice for bit of a breather, the album could really have done with more of that.

WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO BABYLON?
