Your devotion to being purposefully obtuse is certainly something.
Not nearly as devoted as the blind and extremely defensive stanning certain artists seem to compel.

I think if anyone needs it explained how Joanne and the 2 years preceding it helped repair Gaga’s public reputation immensely then they probably aren’t going to get it. Which is funny, because it’s not that complicated. You can say it was the Super Bowl #impact, but the fact of the matter is, the NFL heard Joanne and chose to book her off that and the reputation she built as a phenomenal performer throughout 2014-2015.
The idea that cheek to cheek, Joanne, and this residency would have come as and when they did without Artpop...well I'm either reading that wrong or it's the kind of stan delusional only you're capable of.
I'm glad you've changed your argument to something more reasonable. But in regards to the bolded well it's only a #fact in the sense that she said it, lord knows she could have just as easily booked the Super Bowl after Artpop V2, if Joanne had really been the deciding factor she would have chosen to perform more than 1 song from it.

Please explain the bolded and how anything about this Vegas residency shows concern for any aspect of her legacy besides the financial.

Actually, they probably would have come sooner, seeing as she had been exploring the idea of a jazz album in 2010. She was also talking about stripping it all back during the Born This Way campaign, and has brought up the idea of doing an “acoustic” album several times between 2009-2013. ARTPOP only happened because that’s what fans demanded of her and she had no desire to write.
No, my argument is still the same hun. I just worded it so you’d be able to get your head around it. Yet you’ve still managed to try and twist something you have no idea about for your narrative.
Ok so we agree they wouldn't have come at the same time then.
A bold faced lie. There is no need to get this defensive all the time.
Please quote where I gave a specific time frame as to when these things would happen, that must have been something else you made up to fit your narrative, because I only recall saying they would have happened regardless based on the type of artist she’s proven to be over the past decade. Maybe go back and actually read the posts this time while you’re at it.
The lie is you saying your argument didn't change when it clearly went from:
Howling at people still trashing Joanne as if it didn’t singlehandedly and successfully cause her stock to rise for the first time in nearly 8 years.
to:
...Joanne and the 2 years preceding it...
Again, please stop with the defensive insults, this is a forum not a stan propaganda platform.
I hope there isn’t some long-winded (or half the show even) Jazz portion. But I feel like there will be because she’ll want to show that side off AND it’s very Vegas.
Maybe an upbeat jazz/cabaret section with a couple slower numbers thrown in.
A reason to believe that had more to do with the audio visual content of the Joanne era than relatively low ticket prices and a performance at the Super Bowl lol.
Source for this? I remember seeing floor seats in NY in the $60 range.
Relatively low ticket prices? You're spewing shit out of your asshole with nothing to back it up. Yes, the Super Bowl helped promote her tour. However the tickets weren't cheap. Tickets in the nosebleeds were 100+ dollars. Look at the tour gross and average ticket prices. You're clearly some sort of hater looking to stir the pot and while you're not really worth replying to, I didn't spend a couple grande on tickets to a few shows to be told the tour was "cheap."
A stadium show with a massive floor is obviously an exception.
Below is the official ticket site for the Vegas show. As you can see the cheapest tickets available (still remaining) are $225 and a section up top is orange, meaning tickets are still available. That would suggest that tickets in the nose bleed even were $225.

Give me literal Cabaret. Imagine her doing a fully choreographed version of this. Wig.Maybe an upbeat jazz/cabaret section with a couple slower numbers thrown in.
