But the thing is, if she takes a break for too long, people will move on and her next album will underperform. I'm guessing that's what her label thinks, anyway. Which is why they seem to be milking this era for all it's worth.
She should release the third single and then do a bit of touring until August / September and take a break until December, when she releases a new album. She deserves a much longer break, though.

She has become too famous for people to simply move on, if anything a long break will build up anticipation for her next album.
I wish she would just take a break if she really is exhausted though and stop the whole "I'd never put my little monsters through a break" shtick.

Her album sold too much for her not to get a Q4 release, so she either releases one this year, or next year. Next year is too late, this year a bit too early. Hmm.

Can you blame her for being knackered though? The poor cow is jetting across the world to please her fans. I don't know how she copes, I really don't.
I don't think she necessarily needs to take a complete break but I think she needs to cut down on all the extra stuff she is doing while touring. My husband was taking the piss out of me one day for how I check gaga fansites every single morning and I was saying - but there is always something new to see! Which is true but also kind of insane..
That performance of Bad Romance is so bad the girl needs some serious rest. She really does just look exhausted like she can't do it anymore, she's being worked to death and it's too much. She needs a nice long break after this tour and come back with a new album next year - I adore the woman but releasing a new album this year is just going to be too much for her.
I'm currently watching pretty much every auction on ebay for at least 2 tickets to one of the the May London 02 shows. I wanted to go last time round but didn't have the money when the tickets went on sale, then the ebay prices sky rocketed. So when I heard she was coming back here again at the end of May I was thrilled, until she released the tickets too far from pay day for me to pick some up again!!
Basically, what i'm trying to articulate is that if anyone will be selling, or knows anyone who will be selling the tickets around my pay day of the last working day of the month, please point me in their direction! I remember some people even selling Britney tickets for face value on these forums, so that approach would be lovely, just lovely!

That video is extremely hard to watch. Her vocals are utterly fried in the chorus, and it's heartbreaking to see her telling the audience to jump when she can't even stand herself. Her struggling to get up as the synths at the bridge go mental is just a downright twisted sight for some reason.
That and it may have not been the same dancers who have been on stage all night, who have perhaps been given a chance to cool down backstage and have a drink of water. And their costumes don't seem like as much of a nightmare in extreme heat as hers does.
