The way I didn't even know how this song went until it went viral
because Born this Way is mostly filler

Yeah I get dragged for it a lot nn, just my opinion.

The Edge of Glory, Scheiße, Government Hooker and Electric Chapel - all fantastic, the rest don't really do much for me.

I just find it's often really overhyped and the music doesn't actually live up to the hype. I'd probably rank her albums something like this:

1. The Fame/The Fame Monster
2. Artpop
3. Chromatica
4. Born this Way
5. Joanne

I can't rank Cheek to Cheek or Love for Sale as I haven't listened to them

Born This Way will always be in my top 5 albums ever. It's a fucking masterpiece.

Marry The Night alone elevates it above the majority of pop girl albums. But by the time you've got through it and you've experienced the whole thing, it's just an absolute assault and a total banger of an album.

Heavy Metal Lover, Bloody Mary, Edge of Glory, Government Hooker, Scheiße, Judas - all career highlights but only one part of why this whole album is just totally masterful.

The only criticism I've ever had for the album is that I wish the vocal production was cleaner in places, and not so heavily muffled in the mix. I get it, it goes along with the sound they went for, but I just personally prefer the vocal to pop a bit more.

Born this Way is her best album not just because it is, pound for pound her best collection of songs (yes, better than The Fame Monster) but because she set a simple brief for herself and succeeded at it 100%. Create a stadium rock album about acceptance and pride with elrctronic production, with no fear of going to the club or putting the art on the soup can overly conceptual bs to burden it. I hope the retrospective acclaim and success inspires her to create something as sonically ambitious and balls to the wall again.

I’m not a fan of Born This Way. It’s a lot going on for it, I’ll admit, but most of the songs resonated so very little to me (including the title track) that it felt overlong.

But it has some absolute amazing songs like “Government Hooker”, “Schieße”, “Yoü and I”, “Heavy Metal Lover”, and “Fashion of His Love” (“Black Jesus + Amen Fashion” is good too). A nice 10-track EP if I add in the other real world singles but I still dislike “Judas” so no.

The way I didn't even know how this song went until it went viral because Born this Way is mostly filler and I return to Artpop way more

But good for her!
The thing is that you live in Australia cuz otherwise I would have snatched those freshly renewed hair follicles straight out of your head for telling such lies! Why are you like this? Who hurt you? Born This Way is a masterpiece and we shall not hear otherwise. It is for all the Album of the Decade (tm).

FFFF I'm screaming at this reading as a threat, not my freshly renewed hair follicles. All I know is I should've just kept my damn trap shut and I will not be making statements like this again to avoid the wrath nn
