Is this all fan footage?

The editing is a tad erratic/chaotic but I'll take fan-made footage spliced together into a DVD format where I can since Gaga is not delivering in that category. Also the audio/vocals sound a lot clearer than the soundboard audio from Tokyo?

On the note of soundboards, I really wish we would get a decent one from The Born This Way Ball. The Tokyo audio isn't the best and was from a half fleshed out, conceived show. I need something to leak from one of the American dates.

This remains such a serve. The choreography was such sabotage like how did they expect that to be sustainable dddd but it works.

"Proper eras" could still happen if artists and labels gave a shit and put the money into them. The days of 4 singles reaching the top 10 throughout the year might be gone, but they can still release them and make videos and keep promoting the album.

I think their point is that what's considered proper can be executed much quicker nowadays. And in Gaga's case... This album will realistically get two official singles and a streaming push. Her last lead singles were scheduled six weeks apart from the album's release date. That's what the base formula has been. So if a lead is on the table so soon (which.. we'll see) it's a no brainer that anything heavy-handed would be done well before Joker's release.

There's a fine line about the impact of a music video on how music is perceived vs its views on YouTube though. YouTube has been loosing views because people are no longer using it to stream music as much as they did before Spotify took off, but it's still a pretty big platform for like... Asian & Latin American artists, which are huge markets for her as well. Just because something isn't reaching 1 Billion Views doesn't mean people aren't paying attention, especially in the age of TikTok dancing and etc.

Reality is, no point to expect them to do anything else lol. I'll be happy if music is great and isn't accompanied with doom and gloom of the burden of being a popstar.

Many fans still expect her to pull a Tate McRae and dance her ass off on every stage available. It's so unrealistic.

We still got 3 music videos (one of them being her best in a decade) out of Chromatica despite the pandemic and most of the promo campaign being canceled. I expect 2-3 this time as well, depending on her schedule. That, combined with a couple of magazine shoots and a lengthy Zane Lowe interview would be enough for me. I just need the music to be great first and foremost.
