Lana Del Rey - Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd

Didn't she just say like a month ago that she lost all her music on a USB stick in her unlocked car? dd. Maybe I imagined that.

So here for whatever she has in store for us. Her work ethic is kinda frightening (when it comes to making music, not promoting it). It's weird that it feels like she's been away a while but really it's just been one year.

I am so happy I left some songs not explored / heard when I got the Blue Banisters album so I have still things to discover
Same, I think I was a little burned out on her so I didn't give Blue Banisters a fair shake but I gave it another listen recently and it is gorgeous (some mastering/clipping issues aside). And I am glad we were out of the Antonoff tyranny, at least for one album.

Always here for new Lana. I'd love her to go down the more intense route of Wildflower Wildfire and Dealer, those songs just get under my skin, I love hearing her just let loose like that, it's so thrilling. But she's one of the few artists I trust completely no matter what direction they go in.

You didn't! I remember watching the live when she talked about it. I wonder if she got it all back from whoever stole it.

Blue Banisters was as a whole probably my least favorite of her releases, if I'm honest, but the highlights were incredible and I'm curious what direction she'll go in for this one.

Honestly, I'm sure she doesn't use cloud based servers to save a lot of her material, but I'd be very surprised if all the sessions were on one drive that she carried around on her person. They probably were able to recover most of the material.

She said in the live that nothing was backed up, including a 250-page manuscript for a book, but even coming from Lana I really find that hard to believe in the year 2022. Either she managed to get it back or recreated it all quickly, it wasn't that long ago that she talked about it

Yeah her car got broken into over the summer, and I think she only addressed that it happened back in October because she thought that's how Snow on the Beach got leaked...?
