Well I don’t know your taste, but I think I remember you’re a Laura Mvula fan. (Me too, what a queen!) So I think we might share some likes. :)

I agree, You & I is Léon’s best song, but here’s my suggestions for a little sampler: Nobody Cares (from her first EP) plus the entire Surround Me EP.and What You Said (from the first album.) Those are my tops. Hope that helps!

I’ve seen her live twice now and her voice is just incredible in person. She’s just got so much style and charisma too. I’m a fan.

The new song is really pretty but like most of her music the past two years, it’s not instant. I think her songs now make more sense in the context of an entire album. She just has her own vibe and I think it’s better to listen to a full soundscape that she has created. That said, I am really looking forward to getting the whole Circles album! I’ve been playing the 4 tracks on repeat and they’re pretty gorgeous. I hope there’s a vinyl coming…

Hmm I'd go for these 5, she's definitely ballad heavy but when she gets it right she never really fails;







Chasing A Feeling is definitely her best song.
