That's the same dancer he kisses/licks him in all the performances too. I've seen people think that they're actually really dating and he's like the secret not-so-secret boyfriend. But I also think that's funny because like, what if maybe he just wants to have the same guy be the "romantic interest" in all the performances + videos, that's not totally out of the ordinary.
Other than having MJ Rodriguez or Dominique instead of Billy, another 10/10 song video. He truly always delivers in all fronts. No 1 please.
