In an ideal world, Help Too would be the reference point for the next album. It's so gorgeous.

 

I wonder if she’ll go for an album or an EP next, I could see her doing the latter.

 

I say EP. I would love her to experiment a bit, and then an album?

The two track EP/single/thing should be the reference point for the next album. They're both top quality.. The Sam Sparro track especially is REALLY good!

 

Seconded. "Face To Face" is incredible, one of my very favorite songs from last year.

 

I want her to pull an Annie and do a whole album/EP with Richard X.

Standing on the Sun is such a gem.

 

Little Boots would probably do the whole occasional collaboration EP a lot quicker and more effectively than the likes of Robyn and Annie.

According to Victoria's Instagram she is packing up in London and moving to live in LA. Will be interesting to see where she goes from here. I also can see her doing the DJ gigs and writing for others, she said on Twitter that Album 4 was not even started .... Like @magictreehouse I hope this view of the future is wrong. Selfishly hope that she goes back to what she does best - recording and releasing her own music, as Help Too demonstrated. Either way, wish her well in whatever she does next.

Oh, wow. Maybe she is going to try doing some serious song writing for other acts?

 

It's weird to me that Little Boots isn't more prolific as a songwriter for other artists yet.

Not much news for anyone to report recently, so good to see LB contributing to an article on women in music in The Guardian. Some positive news on the music front. "Hesketh now releases her music through On Repeat Records, with a new LP due later this year". Link to full article:
